Kids Together Belfast began in 2005 when local parents identified a serious gap in services for children and young people living with disability on and around the interface communities of West Belfast.
What started as a parent-led response has grown into a specialist organisation supporting around 1,000 children, young people, young adults, parents and carers through a wide range of inclusive programmes.
Today, our work is built on partnership with families, health and social care services, schools, youth providers and community organisations, so support is practical, joined-up and rooted in everyday life.
