A 12-week home visiting service for families of children and young adults with disabilities or autism.
Our Family Support Team works directly with families through a person-centred 12-week model. Support can include sleep routines, visual aids, behaviour strategies, social stories, form filling, liaison with professionals and signposting to the right services, all tracked through Family Star reviews.
