The Transitional Learning Centre gives young adults with disabilities a sense of belonging while building skills for life. Weeks are packed with themed learning, community access, skills development, target setting, outings and partnership projects that reduce isolation and support independence.

Schedule: 5 sessions per week across 48 weeks
